Continued risk of smoke in the Atikokan area today.
It’s from those fires burning at the southern end of Quetico Park.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is monitoring ten fires as they are posing no threat to people or property.
Those fires have forced the park to restrict travel and camping to that area until further notice.
The smoke, meantime, is expected to continue drifting toward Atikokan for at least another day.
