The former head of the Ontario Secondary Teachers Federation is making a bid to become an MPP for the NDP.
Harvey Bischof will carry the party’s banner in the riding of Brantford-Brant in the next provincial election.
Bischof was the president of the OSSTF from 2017 until this past year.
He is also a high school English teacher who has been highly critical of the Ford Government’s handling of the education file, especially during the pandemic.
