Smoke from wildfires in the Far North and Manitoba is again impacting the Borderland region.
It began drifting in late yesterday, at times heavy.
There are both air quality alerts for northwestern Ontario and northern Minnesota because of it.
Those most sensitive, such as people with lung disease, asthma or heart disease, children and older adults, should limit prolonged or heavy activity.
The smoke is expected to remain over the region until at least tomorrow morning before southerly winds shift it away.
Smoke is being also being felt as far away as southern Ontario.
