Active Caseload Drops Slightly In NWHU Area

The number of active cases of COVID-19 in the Northwestern Health Unit catchment area is down from this morning.

There are now 91 active cases, one in the Rainy River district.

The majority, 82, are in the Kenora region.

Five others are in the Sioux Lookout area where a new case was reported today.

The remaining three are scattered within the Dryden/Red Lake areas.

Overall, there were 975 cases in Ontario today and 12 more deaths.
