Only a Few Regional Cases Reported On Weekend

The Northwestern Health Unit is reporting just one new positive case of COVID-19 from the weekend.

It is in the Sioux Lookout region.

The latest data from the province shows 17 cases are still active in the Health Unit’s region.

The number of new cases in Minnesota continues to drop.

The state is reporting just under one-thousand for Sunday, the lowest number in several weeks.

There were no new cases in Koochiching County. However, there was another related death.

A person between the ages of 75 and 79 is the eleven in the County to have died during the pandemic.
