The Northwestern Health Unit is reporting three new cases of COVID-19.
Two are in the Rainy River District. The other is located in the Kenora area.
Follow up with the individuals involved and their contacts is underway. Anyone identified will be notified directly.
There is some good news on the coronavirus front.
The health unit says outbreaks at Atikokan General Hospital’s Extended Care Wing and Riverview Manor in Rainy River have been declared over.
An outbreak at Rainycrest Long Term Care in Fort Frances remains.
