Treaty 3 Police Test New COVID Test

Officers from the Treaty 3 Police Service are involved in a pilot project involving rapid tests for COVID-19.

The Kenora Health Access Center and the Kenora Chiefs Advisory are also involved.

The rapid tests can be conducted anywhere there is a health professional, and take about 15 minutes to get a result.

The pilot project will determine if the rapid tests can be used more widely province-wide.

Chief Kai Liu says the pilot project provides an extra layer of protection for our Treaty #3 communities.
