Former Transportation Minister Steven Del Duca will carry the most support heading into next month’s provincial Liberal leadership vote.
Of the almost 21-hundred delegates selected in local election meetings last weekend, 11-hundred have declared their intention toward Del Duca.
Michael Coteau is next with 371.
Forty-two delegates were elected as independents.
There’s also 640 ex-officio delegates eligible to vote. They include former and sitting MPPs, federal MPs and riding association officials.
The provincial Liberal party will select a new leader on March 7.
