First of all if you dont use the tag line “you got an issue? I’ve got a tissue!” You’re missing out on a golden pun.
Secondly…… let’s talk body image. Johnathan has always been very open with his weight loss journey…. and I’d love to hear some advice on just accepting your flawed, overly stressed, anxiety ridden self exactly as you are in this moment.
You never know whose listening who needs to be reminded that tomorrow, it wont matter. In this moment you are exactly where you need to be!
