A decision on a potential move of the Fort Frances Senior Centre could come by the end of next month.
The Centre’s board has been exploring the potential of relocating to the now-vacant daycare centre in the town’s north end.
Councillor Wendy Brunetta, who sits on that board, says they had formed a building committee that was tasked with identifying the costs associated.
“Once those costs have been collected, the building committee will once again meet to go through an exercise where individual scores will be applied to weighted factors which were previously determined,” says Brunetta.
Brunetta says it’s hoped a recommendation will come to council by the end of February.
