Both Revenue and Expenses Up For Ontario Loggers

Some good year for Ontario’s loggers in 2018.

Data released by Statistics Canada reveals revenue from all logging activities in the province was up 7.8 per cent to over $1.2-billion for the year.

Higher prices for saw logs, pulpwood and other forest products contributed to the rise.

At the same time, expenses for the industry were up 12.7 per cent.
