Extreme Cold warnings in the Rainy River district this morning while a wind chill advisory is in place for International Falls.
There are very cold wind chills, reaching as low as minus 40 C or 40 below F.
With that, frostbite can develop within minutes on exposed skin so bundle up.
Conditions should improve as the day go on.
