NTAB Seeking Comment On Skilled Trades

The Northwest Training and Adjustment Board is conducting an In-Demand Skilled Trades Project.

The goal is to gain a local perspective on labour market conditions in the skilled trades field.

NTAB is hoping to provide input and evidence that will help modernize and transform Ontario’s skilled trades and apprenticeship system.

A survey gives employers’ an opportunity to give feedback on which skilled trades are in-demand, where shortages exist, and how to improve the apprenticeship system.

Input is being accepted until December 13.
