OPP connect break-ins to area youth

OPP are linking a series of break-ins in Fort Frances to at least three youths.

Police say at least three break-ins and a stolen vehicle were called to police within moments of each other on Saturday.

All of the incidents occurred in the northeast section of town.

A 13-year-old was soon located with some of the stolen items and taken into custody.

Two others were later identified as accomplices.

Police are still investigating but expect several charges to be laid when their investigation is complete.

OPP are asking residents in the area to check their property and security cameras and report anything suspicious to police.
