Outage map indicates power restored to City of Thunder Bay

There is a major power outage in Thunder Bay
Synergy Energy outage map shows nearly the entire city being impacted.
A post on its Twitter page says the outage is affecting several thousand customers.
It attributes the outage to the loss of supply at two transmission stations.
