Unifor members from BC to Quebec have ratified a new 2 year deal with Canadian Pacific Rail.
The agreement includes gains to group benefit maximums, enhancements to job security allowances and increases to shift premiums.
A total of 1200 workers who perform maintenance, safety inspections and produce parts for locomotives and freight cars are represented in the deal.
The contract is set to expire at the end of 2024.
