Recall of Polaris Snowmachines in Canada & U.S.

There is a recall of certain models of Polaris snowmachines.

Certain 2022 Matryx RMK, Indy, Switchback, Voyageur and Nordic Pro models are affected.

It’s because of a problem with the throttle release switch.

There are reported it can fail to disengage when the throttle lever is released.

Polaris says it has received four reports of kinked throttle cables and three reports of a stuck throttle.

No injuries have been reported.

About 7,400 machines in total are subject to recall.

A total of 3,647 were sold in Canada.

Polaris is recommending owners contact a dealer for a free inspection and replace or adjust the throttle control assembly if necessary.
