New Gold Reaches Low End of Production Expectations

A strong finish to 2021 for New Gold at its Rainy River Mine.

Production during the last three months was up 16 per cent over the previous quarter, reaching its strongest numbers in two years

The over 68-thousand ounces of gold produced brought year-end totals to just under 235-thousand ounces.

The mine also produced 611-thousand ounces of silver over the last twelve months, pushing final production numbers to the low end of a revised target.
