Hot Weekend For Northwestern Ontario

The extreme heat, responsible for record-breaking temperatures in western Canada, is now moving into northwestern Ontario.

The system will impact our area today through to Sunday.

Our daytime high will reach the mid-thirties, hitting near 40 C with the humidity.

You are advised to take precautions to avoid things like heat stroke.

Drink plenty of water even before you feel thirsty and stay in a cool place.

Never leave people or pets inside a parked vehicle.
