Road Change Public Meeting Set

The town of Fort Frances has now set April 26 as the date for its public meeting around the intent to change the name of Colonization Road.

Town council announced its intention on March 22.

Anyone wanting to speak at the upcoming virtual meeting must first register with the town’s Municipal Planner by noon on April 22.

Proposes names for both the East and West sections of the road will also be welcomed.

Those can be submitted any time before the public meeting.
