Two Charged Following Traffic Stop In January

Two people are facing charges related to an incident in January.

Quantities of methamphetamine, fentanyl and oxycodone were discovered after OPP stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.

A 22-year-old man from Kenora and a 25-year-old from Steinbach, Manitoba, were handed drug charges.

The person from Kenora was also charged with obstructing a peace officer.

A black pistol-style pellet gun was also seized during the investigation.
