Two cases of COVID-19 are being connected to the daycare centre at St. Mary School in Fort Frances.
The Rainy River District School Services Administration Board, which operates the daycare, confirms the cases in a letter to parents issued on Sunday.
It says the DSSAB is collaborating with the Northwestern Health Unit to minimize the risk of exposure to children, staff and families.
Contract tracing is underway. Anyone who has been identified as a close contact will be notified by the Health Unit.
The DSSAB says the centre is still scheduled to open on Monday.
