Fort Frances Christmas Parade: A View From The Starting Point

The Annual Fort Frances Christmas Parade took place on December 7th and it looked like an AWESOME time. Organizers, participants, volunteers and sponsors deserve a HUGE pat on the back for a job well done in making the parade a success!

Unfortunately, I had an important prior commitment which prevented me from sticking around to actually watch the parade as it made its way along the Great Canadian Main Street on Scott Street.

However, I DID manage to stop by the starting point at the Fort Frances Library parking lot to take a few quick snapshots of some of the floats as they were getting ready before the parade. Everyone worked so hard to make their floats looks amazing and I’m sorry to have missed seeing them on full display.

I wasn’t able to take as many float photos as I would have liked because my phone battery ran out…poor planning on my part. I tried to feature as many parade entrants as I could. Feel free to email me any parade photos that you may have taken to info@931theborder.ca and I’ll do my best to add them to the collage below.
